New Meat Free Day posters available
Sunday, 04 December 2011 11:28

ARRCC has joined with the NSW Buddhist Council to produce some new materials to promote Meat Free Day and a general reduction in meat consumption amongst our supporters and their faith communities.

Particularly exciting is the creation of poster that people have started putting up in their place of worship, encouraging people in their faith community to think about their food choices, and begin reducing their meat consumption as part of an active response to climate change.

We encourage you to download and print a copy and put it up in your own place of worship! A special Festive Season poster has also been created to encourage people to reflect on their food choices over the end-of-year/Christmas festive season.

Early next year ARRCC will be producing its own version of these materials, as well as new 'Eat Less Meat' and 'Meat Free Day' logos to help build awareness of how eating less meat is an important step we can call take in reducing our contribution to climate change.
