Carols Against Coal

Start by singing!

Here’s a super-easy and fun way to get involved - by singing. We have a songbook of 'Christmas Carols against Coal', complete with the musical score for each.

We're looking for groups of people around the country to sing these well-known tunes and post a video of it online in time for the Labor Party's national conference (December 16 to 18). This will literally make our voices heard at a crucial time.

This is also a really good way to bring people together to get going with our five-step campaign. Call ARRCC Stop Adani Community Organiser, Tejopala Rawls on 0498 475 056 for more information about this or email him on tejopala@arrcc.org.au

Here is the link to the songbook with the words (both in Word and PDF formats) as well as the musical score for the melody.

Sheet music for instrumental parts coming soon!

Please fill out the form below to register your interest and to make sure your voices reach those attending the Labor conference.

Here is a short guide to making a good video of your group singing that was developed by the Pacific Climate Warriors.

Once you've shot it, please upload the video of your best song here. We will share it on Facebook and Twitter while the Labor Party's national conference is taking place.

Your video needs to be submitted by December 16th, preferably the 15th or before that. Thank you.

If you have any questions, do contact Tejopala.
