This election we are focussed on making sure that MPs in key marginal electorates get the message that the climate is a major voting issue for people of faith. We’re turning up the pressure on MPs of all parties. Our aim is strong bipartisan support for bold climate action. 

Can you help us? We’ve got teams of people phoning and emailing every place of worship in a few highly marginal electorates in Brisbane, Sydney, regional New South Wales, Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide and Perth. 

You don’t have to live in the electorate concerned. We’re aiming to get banners up in these electorates so that elected representatives and political candidates can’t miss us. We plan to ask people from faith communities in these locations to come to vigils outside their MPs’ offices - and to meet with their MP.
