Sustainability Workshop

‘Sustainability Now’ in Floreat

An impressive line up of experts in their field will tackle questions of environmental sustainability at a workshop “Sustainability Now” at All Saints Floreat Uniting Church on Saturday 8 June.

This Workshop discusses what really matters in achieving a balance between Social, Environmental and Economic pillars of Sustainability. Speakers include scientists, lawyer, politician, town planner, agriculturalist and youth advocate with lots of Q and A discussion time planned with the Panel.

Professor Jorg Imberger, Robyn Glindemann, Hon. Julian Grill, Dr Mark Andrich, Professor Peter Newman, Dr Dean Revell and Caterina Aniere are all on the program. To open the workshop will be Father Rod Bower, Rector of Gosford Anglican Church who is noted for his challenging signs on the main road outside his church on topical issues. He has recently stood for a Senate seat in NSW. He will address the theological challenge of caring for the environment and its religious roots.
