ARRCC supporters in Brisbane work closely with other local faith-based climate action groups such as the Queensland Churches Environment Network, AngliGreen, St John’s Cathedral and Faith in Climate Action. In the lead-up to the coming election, we plan to help impress on both major parties, especially the Coalition, that their electoral chances will only improve if they put forward strong climate policies.

The group has plans in Brisbane electorate:

• Rev Peter Moore organising a vigil outside the office of Trevor Evans MP. Email [email protected]
• Rev Peter is also the key contact for forming a delegation to meet with the MP
• Help is needed phoning places of worship about banners
