This second session on civil disobedience will be more focused on legal questions and the practicalities of NvDA at the People’s Blockade.

What are the various roles people can play during an action, apart from risking arrest? What are your legal rights when participating in an action? What do you do – and not do - after being arrested? With what specific offences could arrestees be charged? What are the potential consequences?

Readings will be recommended.
