Briefing on EPBC Reforms
Climate Action Network Australia is hosting a network wide briefing on the EPBC/Nature Positive Law reforms. This will be reliable, balanced material to inform submissions that are currently being invited on the EPBC Reforms we want to see.
Time: Thursday, 14th March, 11 am - 12 noon (Sydney/Melbourne/Hobart/Canberra time), starting 10 am Brisbane, 10.30 am Adelaide, 8 am Perth, 9.30 am Darwin

The presenters are Dr Megan Kessler (Humane Society International - Nature Campaigner) and Frances Medlock (Environmental Defenders Office Solicitor - Commonwealth and Government Liaison). Both Megan and Frances have been in the closed consultation sessions that the Department has been using to engage with stakeholders as part of the reforms process.
If you can, please take advantage of the rare opportunity to put in a submission to the community consultation regarding the EPBC/Nature Positive Law reforms. It need only be a one-page letter in your own words. The link is here.
For people interested in being part of the nature law reform campaign, this briefing will be a great opportunity to get up to speed with where things are at.
