Michal is an artist and has worked in art education, therapy and art promotion. She is a member of the pluralist Jewish community at the Emanuel Synagogue in Woollahra. Michal volunteers at Sydney Alliance - Voices for Power Campaign and is the co-chair of the Jewish Sustainability Initiative ,working to reduce Sydney’s reliance on carbon. Michal served on the Committee in 2022 and 2023.
