Stephen has worked primarily in the area of industrial relations, working for a trade union, the Fair Work Ombudsman and currently in a policy role in government. He has long been involved in social justice including working for the Young Christian Workers. Stephen is a practising Catholic and was motivated to become involved ARRCC by Laudato Si', the recent encyclical by Pope Francis. He served on the ARRCC Committee for three years. His last contribution was to convene the Committee that organised the ARRCC Conference in 2019.
